HOW IT WORKS

  1. Make Contact – As a customer interested in importing products from China, you contact UCC
  2. Characterization and definition of quantities – the customer transfers technical and visual characteristics of the products to UCC
  3. UCC starts to survey potential suppliers in order to choose the appropriate supplier
  4. Choosing a preferred supplier (among the considerations – his financial capabilities, experience, proximity to ports, prices and more)
  5. Construction of a price quote – including price / quantities / delivery times / terms of the transaction (usually the terms include an advance payment upon order and a final payment before delivery)
  6. Confirmation by customer of the price offer and order (at this point the advance will be paid)
  7. Production of models / sending the samples to the customer / receiving approval or comments from the customer according to the samples

8. Production of the ordered quantity. This phase includes QC (three sub-phases of quality control and process control at the supplier’s site in China):

  • First stage IQC INCOMING QUALITY CONTROL Materials audit upon arrival
  • IPQC second stage – quality control during IN-PROCESS production
  • Third stage FQC\OQC final quality audit / quality audit process.

9. Packaging – definition and selection of packaging, design, sealing, blister, plastic bags or designed cardboard boxes, special prints, etc.
10. Logistics
Consolidation/consolidation (container) / insertion into a container, including adjusting the type of case. Option to share different suppliers or different customers in one container for savings purposes.
11. Shipping and insurances
12. There are several transaction modes that include the method and location of delivery to the customer and the transfer of insurance liability – CIF/EXW/FOB and more.
